Here is a super easy savory galette. A Tomato and Cheese Galette is deceptively easy to make with refrigerated pie dough, summer tomatoes, and cheese. The best part about making a galette (or crostata if you are Italian) is that they are rustic, so they don’t have to be perfect. This heirloom tomato galette is not just gorgeous; it’s also delicious and simple to make!

Easy 6 Ingredient Lemon Bars

Lemon bars are one of the best make-ahead recipes for sweet treats for entertaining or to have around the house. But the trick in making lemon bars is how to get the perfect balance between the buttery and sweet shortbread crust with the gooey, tart, and sweet (but not too sweet!) very lemon filling. The other part of the equation is how much crust there is to lemon filling. I LOVE crust, so for me, this recipe is perfect. There aren’t that many ingredients, so the perfect ratio is key. It’s taken me a little time to get there, but I love this fabulous lemon bar recipe, and (hopefully) you will too.
