Mixed Berry Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette

Juicy strawberries, salty, crumbly Gorgonzola, delicate mixed greens, and a sweet berry vinaigrette. The vinaigrette comes together in just a minute and is made with fruity extra virgin olive oil.  (Cervasi of course:) All the deliciousness in one salad. Oh, and it’s pretty to look at too:)
