Peeps Peanut Butter S’mores Dip

 
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons of butter

  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark or semi-sweet)

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 packages of PEEPS marshmallows

  • Graham crackers for serving


Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  • Place an 8-inch oven-safe skillet on the stove and melt the butter.

  • Pour chocolate chips into the prepared skillet. Top with dollops of peanut butter.

  • Then top with as many marshmallow Peeps as needed to completely cover the chocolate.

  • Return to the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes. (see notes below)

  • Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.

NOTES:

  • All ovens are different. If you find that the chocolate hasn't melted and your peeps are getting too brown, tent the skillet with foil, careful not to touch the Peeps. Then bake a bit longer.

  • Alternately, if your Peeps haven't browned, turn on the broiler and broil until golden. (Watch them the entire time, they go fast)

  • This dish is more like a s’mores in that the chocolate won’t be 100% melted, but it’s 100% delicious.
