This week’s get-together menu consists of three EASY recipes that have been deliciously received by you all! Just tap on each recipe below and it will take you to a printable page.

Main

One Pot Creamy Sausage Pasta Bake

SIDE

Focaccia Bread,

(or buy french bread)

DESSERT

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

(or buy a dessert)

Extra ideas

Make a Salad, or Pitcher of Sangria. Not needed but if your an over-achiever…have at it:)

The plan:

  1. Invite a few over for dinner this weekend. Two to eight guests is perfect, unless you want to double the recipes. Friends always ask what they can bring… and take them up on it! Have them bring wine, dessert, or a loaf of french bread if your not making the focaccia bread.

  2. Grocery shop a day or two days in advance.

  3. Make the dessert and set the table the day before.

  4. If making the focaccia, make it early in the day. Cool and wrap in plastic and store it on the counter. When ready to serve, reheat it, and preheat the oven to 375F. Unwrap the bread and place it on a sheet pan. Mist the focaccia with warm water using a spray bottle. Place the baking sheet on the middle shelf of the oven and reheat for 8-10 minutes, until the crust looks golden brown and it’s warmed through. If there are any exposed or cut edges, cover them with aluminum foil to keep the inside of the bread soft and the outside crispy.

  5. An hour before your guests arrive, add all the pasta ingredients to a pan and cover until it’s time to bake.

  6. Light some candles and put on some music.

  7. Bake the pasta and serve!

  8. Oh, and have everyone clean up:)
