Pasta Bolognese. There is nothing quite as comforting as a pasta and meat sauce, and this recipe is one of my all-time favorites. This sauce has a few steps, but that’s what makes it so delicious. The layering of flavors really comes through in this recipe.

You can serve this on any of the yummy Cervasi cuts of pasta. It’s great with penne, spaghetti or rigatoni. And it also makes a fantastic bolognese lasagna.

Be sure to make a double batch of the sauce and freeze one so you always have this beauty on hand.
