Strawberry Cookie Dessert

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. On an ungreased 9 1/2″ x 13″ baking sheet, press cookie dough evenly in the bottom. Bake for 18 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, and powdered sugar until well blended.
  3. Spread over COOLED crust. Top with raspberries.
  4. Gently mix berries and strawberry jam. Spoon berry mixture on top of cream cheese-topped pie crust. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Notes

  • I used a 9 1/2″ x 13″ sheet pan. If using a full-size sheet pan, double the recipe.
  • I line my baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Sometimes I add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
  • You can also drizzle this with melted chocolate as a variation.
  • Garnish with mint if your fancy

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 pound of fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1- cup blueberries, optional

  • 1/4 cup strawberry slightly melted strawberry jam

INSTRUCTIONS
