Mediterranean Tuna Salad

 
 

OK OK, I know I have overdone it during this quarantine thang, and I have a feeling many of you may have as well. Do you know how I know? Because you have said you’d like to see more of my healthy recipes…ASAP:).

So here you are, one of my favorite go-to healthy salads, my Mediterranean tuna salad. You can put it together in five minutes and it's fantastic. A bit salty, lemony, briny…and one salad I eat for lunches all of the time.

There is no mayo in this one, only heart-healthy Cervasi Olive Oil. It replaces the mayo and really gives this tuna salad a fresh bright flavor. Tag me if you try it….I want to be in the know;)
