  6. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
  7. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until rice is tender

Notes

Oven temperatures vary; if your rice is still not done after the 1hr 15 minutes, put the foil back on and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
