Tomato Crostata...a little bit of heaven!

A mix of juicy, late-season tomatoes, gooey cheese, and a pre-made pie crust is alllll it takes to make this lovely crostata, galette, tart....or whatever you'd like to call it.  I call it deeeeeelicious!
