When you improve your knife skills, your time in the kitchen will become MUCH more enjoyable!
In this class, you'll hone basic knife skills and practice the fundamental cuts—mince, dice, brunoise, bâtonnet, and julienne, and learn when to use them! We will also cover everything you need to know about choosing, storing, sharpening, holding, and using the most important tool in the kitchen.
We will even cook with all your expertly chopped ingredients! We will make an Italian Minestrone Soup and a Beautiful Salad to enjoy after class:) Aaaaaand you’ll have soup to take home! Yay!
