I've eaten ricotta all my life. I didn't really like it, or not like it...it was just sort of there. That was until I made my own...I'm like what!!?? I made it and I fell in love...end of story.
It’s nothing like store bought ricotta, it's so smooth, creamy, rich and amazing! I love to serve it with crostini and fresh figs...but really I serve it with just about anything I can. It’s super simple, and simply to die for. Hope you try it!
