Ok..I love goat cheese and I could serve it on every appetizer tray. I love the tangy, creamy goodness, and the fact that it's so versatile. Here is a recipe for simple easy goat cheese balls. If your not in the mood to roll out these cute little fellas, you can simply roll one large log in the herbs and your good to go. Either way, they are delicious.
Tip: You can roll the cheese into balls a few days in advance, then chop your herbs the day before and roll them in your herbs or whatever the day off your gathering. And finally right before serving, top them off with a drizzle of olive oil (that finishing touch is just so pretty and will set your tray apart from the rest) and then sprinkle them with a bit of crushed red pepper. Gorgeous!
