I like to keep the cooking classes small, usually around 7-9 people and they run about 3 hours long. Larger classes can be accommodated using a different format.
I start with a signature cocktail as we get to know each other and outline the class. We cook 4-5 courses or dishes and you enjoy a full serving of each along the way. The class leans more into the demonstration style with a lot of Q&A, and there are always opportunities for hands-on for those that are interested.
I focus on simplified cooking techniques and my tried and true recipes, how to prep recipes in advance so they can be made easily for effortless dinner parties and I also include healthy hacks along the way.
A suggested donation of $75 + tax per person is requested with a portion going to the Boys/Girls hope foundation. You leave the class with all the recipes and tips, a full belly, a big smile and a dinner party you can recreate for your friends and family. If you have a specific budget in mind I can customize the class to fit your requirements.
I offer classes from time to time, but more often then not clients reach out to create a customized class and meal to suit your needs and occasion. These classes are perfect for girls night out, birthday parties, anniversaries, family night, date night, small team building opportunities or really any occasion!
I also offer private classes upon request. These are completely hands on and we go in-depth on basic techniques, prepping, meal planning, menu planning and we create a class that is completely customized to exactly what you'd like to master.

What they are saying:
Life happens – I get it! Things come up…but darn it anyway!
If you do have to cancel for any reason, I will SO miss you … but know that I will gladly refund your class fee, as long as your request is made more than 5 calendar days (the "Cancellation Date") prior to the class date (10 days for groups of 6 or more). Please note that such 5 day period includes the scheduled date of the class. For example, if your class is scheduled for the evening of January 10th you would need to cancel with me by 11:59 pm on January 5th. Wanna know the reason behind the 5 day cancellation policy? It’s because I take lots time and love to design, plan, prepare and purchase everything needed to create an amazing experience for you! It’s just so important to me.
If it’s too late to cancel with a refund, then, for-sure find someone to come in your place. (Hmmm….who do I owe a favor for feeding my pup when I was out of town? Who could use a little unexpected good love in their lives? )
Also, I reserve the right to cancel a class but in that rare case (like it’s never happened) you will, of course, be offered the choice of a full refund or class credit to take a different class. Whichever you prefer. Ok..no more of this stuff…lets talk food and fun...back to the classes:)
